Morning everyone.. boy when I get cleared for driving again (well actually when I feel safe driving and walking(knee replacement surgery))....I need to go to Trader Joe's! Librarian67 your menu looks so good.

L chicken broth, diced chicken and egg soup 1cup

Really trying to keep my ingredients plain so I can maybe eat it.

Good afternoon,
I was naughty today, I stopped by the ice cream shop after visiting Sams club.
Qotd I usually don't drink protein shakes now but I won the Orgain contest. It had rtd and powder, chocolate and vanilla. I liked it better than the stuff I was drinking during my early days.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

Hello menu friends.
Accountability: My menu changed yesterday. I ended up with 3 of my nieces last night and took them out to supper, 2 out of 3 wanted Mexican food. I ate three chips with salsa and I ate 1 shrimp taco with no tortilla. I also drank 1 skinny Margarita.
I also swapped out the egg salad for a beef jerky steak. I was running errands and did not make it home to eat before leaving to meet my nieces.
For some reason this morning the scale dropped 1.6 pounds, I had already got myself prepared to possibly see a slight gain or at very least no loss. I was definitely surprised to see the nice loss.

QOTD: I was not using protein shakes too much after I got on solid food until I started mixing salted caramel protein powder into my decaf iced coffee. I love the flavor it adds. I use 1/2 Scoop per 2 cups of coffee (50 calories and 11 g protein).
Today's Menu:
B - Iced coffee with 1/2 Scoop protein powder, SF creamer
B2 - Shrimp with ****tail sauce
L - Spinach salad, tuna pouch, Light buttermilk ranch dressing
D - 3.5 oz. Tilapia, Spinach salad, 1/2 serving light buttermilk ranch
S - Empie's egg salad
S2 - Iced coffee with 1/2 Scoop protein powder, SF creamer
Calories - 672, Protein - 90, Carbs - 31
Long day for me today - working nights all weekend so I have to stay up until 5 am today, so I can sleep all day tomorrow.

QOTD: I have developed an appreciation for the RTD shake. I've been using the Pure Protein "Frosty Chocolate" shake almost daily to help bump me up over my protein requirements. Also, thanks to you folks, I've learned how to make the slurry of warm water and protein powder for use in hot beverages. I'm loving it! Vanilla Elevation Protein Powder (Aldi's) in my Stash brand Green Chai tea is really delicious! The hyper sweet flavor which is generally a big turn off works in the Chai! I'm going to try the chocolate PP in my next coffee...
Accountability: Today I had a work meeting at lunch and I ate half a slice of a dark chocolate layer cake. It was hard proof that I don't have dumping syndrome as I experienced no physical discomfort. I did experience, and continue to experience, significant self-loathing.

Tonight I drive back up north for dinner at the farm, then on to the apt where I'll work remote tomorrow. I'll be continuing to pack up my apartment in Akron which is extra stressful as I don't have a place of my own down here in Cbus, so were to store it all??? I plan to pick up tubs at Lowe's that I can (hopefully) label and then store in the basement at the farm. I never expected that at fifty I'd be so foot-loose.
