Clear Protein Recos

Hi all - getting ready for surgery on Friday and am stocking up on supplies. Can anyone recommend a protein brand that is 20-30g protein/5g or less of carbs per serving? To make it even harder would love one that isn't milky. More like a fruity or light taste

I think Isopure makes ready to drink products that meet your criteria. No sure about Canadian availability though.

the Syntrax Nectar line has several flavors - including many fruity ones you can mix with water or Crystal Light

Syntrax, especially Fuzzy Navel. Also Unjury chicken beoth saved me right after suegery when I hated anything sweet.

You could maybe find the Syntrax sample pack that has 15 different flavors of the Nectar varieties so you can taste them and find a couple that you like best.

Protein20 and Trusource Protein water. I buy it by the case on Amazon.

Popeye's sells a "candy" line that is clear and has 27g of protein. The gummy bear flavour tastes kind of like fruit punch. You can actually buy a scoop or two to test it out before you commit to the massive tub.
