Good morning menu family!
Everyone looks great in their pics! Here's mine - the stereotype bathroom selfie!
and no, I'm not a consultant but I did forget my name badge up North last week... Please excuse my post bike commute helmet-hair!
Accountability: I was better than planned yesterday. I ended up not meeting up with friends for dinner, so I saved a boat load of calories and carbs by eating at home! Sadly I didn't leverage my found time to exercise :(

I'm in town today as it's a short week; when I was ready to head into the office it was chilly, sunny, and no rain in the forecast so I had no excuse to avoid the bike. I took a shorter route today, opting to dare the main city streets rather than the longer bike path and it was TERRIFYING! I noticed that my heart was in the peak range most of the ride but I'm guessing that was more fear than exertion! Tomorrow I need to get back to running!

Hi guys! As far as creative pursuits go...basically i',ll try anything...wattercolors, weaving dying and spinning, jewelry making. Currently working on a " shrine" "incorporating found objects and poetry. Also worked as a writer and now write for myself. When I was a kid half of me went to water color class and the other half did paint by numbers.

Planning on doing lots of cooking this weekend. Also watching Irma my sister lives in Florida. They're in Sarasota and planning to stay home. Makes me nervous!
Have a nice weekend everybody!
Hi, Nice pics; you look amazing!
I love the pool too but have been sick for 2 weeks and doing absolutely nothing is making me crazy.
QOTD: I love all things creative, and regularly crochet, make 3D tissue box covers, etc., from plastic canvas, make animals via needle felting, make dollhouse miniatures from polymer clay, put together half scale mini store kits (so far a bar and a pet store). I also dabble in sculpting polymer clay babies, and used to paint reborn dolls (dolls that look like real babies). I like trying new things. I also write, and have one book out on amazon. The others still need editing/rewrites before they'll be finished.
This is one of the reborn dolls I made. He has a magnetic pacifier. The picture isn't high res as it's a screen capture from a different website. I also crocheted his outfit. I used to sell the dolls on ebay but don't have the space to make them any more.
Breakfast: 2 decaf coffee with pumpkin pie spice added, and 1/4 cup vanilla premier protein shake as whitener.
Lunch: Chicken soup broth (I'm sick, really bad cough and congestion), chicken salad.
Supper: Burger patty, 1/2 cup watermelon.
Snacks: Chicken soup broth, ginger root tea with Sugar Free vanilla syrup and premier protein.
