Hope you're feeling better soon! Keep an eye on it, hoping it doesn't turn into a sinus infection!

My step mom makes homemade naan, and it's the best stuff ever! Mmmmmmm

Morning menu peeps!

QOTD: So you want me to pick only one ethnic food that I love??! Sigh... LOL I would probably also go with Indian food, Greek and Mediterranean foods. I do still eat it, and I've found that I can eat the insides out of any gyro with no problem, and I can do the curry dishes and just skip the rice. Fortunately for me, the spice hasn't ever upset my little pouch. My second favorite ethnic food would easily be Mexican food. This has been far harder for me unless I cook it at home... going to a Mexican restaurant is something I try to avoid as much as possible since surgery. Those chips... oh lordy, those chips... but at home I do fajitas and tacos a lot and just don't eat the tortilla. It's become almost second nature now.

B: 2.5 ounces of steak

S: 2.5 ounces of cheeseburger/ no bun

L: 5 wings and 1/2 salad (leftover from yesterday's lunch)

S: Cheese stick if I need it

D: Leftover grilled chicken leg and cottage cheese

I forgot to get on the scale this morning! Fortunately my accountability was at 100% compliance yesterday, so I'm not too worried.

Going to the gym at lunch, cardio day.

Vitamin patches on and I'm a star with the water, easily over 100 ounces a day.

Be good to yourself folks!

Thank you :)

I wish I would workout/run like you do! You're a rock-star! I think it would take me 3 hours to get 6 miles in each morning
