Hanging in there and QOTD: My name is Barbara but everyone calls me babs online.
Food: 20 ounces decaf
Lunch:
Chicken 3 ½ ounces dark meat with a small salad lettuce tomato cucumber 180 calories
24 grams protein
1 97% ff kosher hot dog and cheese stick 12 grams protein 115 calories
Lean pork with riced cauliflower 190 calories 25 grams protein
So far behind on food and so tonight need a high protein snack. Testing a theory that my vitamins are causing stomach distress so taking them after I eat and in between meals. The iron kills my stomach if I take in the morning. Yogurt may also be giving me problems so I have been staying away....
485 calories 64 ounces liquids and 61 grams protein but I will add in another snack later this evening.
