I was going to post the same thing! 4 oz of hamburger meat will not derail you . . . even after surgery. Don't be so hard on yourself. You're doing amazing!!

I was thinking more about the extra calories from having a second unmeasured serving of all the topping stuff. Sour cream, cheese, etc. especially since I wasn't still hungry and didn't need the second helping. I'll stop beating myself up about it now, but seriously. A DONUT this morning when I was already upset with myself about yesterday.

Good morning :) Great news yesterday! Rob has an interview lunch with a local firm today. He has known them and worked with them for years so it sounds very promising. I seriously hope he gets it because all of the travel is really killing him (and me).

e - I'm easily finding an excuse to not to the gym a lot lately....hoping when things settle down that I will get back on to my regular schedule.

v/l - great - I've officially dropped all the calcium and iron chews and crossed over to the pill forms. Saving me about 10 carbs a day, and the SA too, oh and $$$$

Good morning menu friends! So happy it's Wedesday already

QOTD- My name is a dreivative of Christina (but it's just Teena) which means Follower of Christ- I truly hope that it fits me. I do try. My last name wasn't found in the website I used, but my maiden name means descendant of Gozzo apparently. No idea...

Accountability - I'm on target in MFP but my carbs are higher than I'd like them to be. I'm back on track for today.

Menu:

Protein shake (Shaekology Caffe Latte with Natrel Lactose Free Skim Milk- I think this maybe the Canadian version of the low carb milk you get in the US- It has 8 grams of carbs and 13 grams of protein)

Lunch - cottage cheese, havarti cheese and 2 slices of Mortadella

Dinner- this is up in the air... we have a bible study at our house and it's a busy night. But we have lots of leftovers so I'm sure I will find something good.

!!Weight (almost forgot) is at 185 today and yesterday. I was at 183.9 for a few days- getting out of the 180s seems to be a slow process!!

Another patient at my centre mentioned it at my 3 month follow up- I was really surprised. She just said lactose free and the first brand I checked wasn't any different. But then I checked the Natrel, and it's so much better. I drink the skim but the others all have similar stats for protein and carbs.
