Puréed foods and drinking
the first few weeks out, I was told to not to drink 30 minutes before eating or 30 minutes after.
once I started eating solid food, I was told I could drink up until the time I ate, but I still had to wait 30 minutes after (later I was told to try to wait an hour after eating, if possible).
I think the issue might be that pureed foods would immediately mix with the liquid and just wash on through the stoma without sticking around, regardless if you drink the fluid before OR after. That may be why they have you wait 30 minutes before eating (as well as after) early on. But then, I don't know for sure.
That is a "ticker": add it with the settings, set your goal weight and current weight, then update your current weight as it goes down. Anything else showing under the "ticker" is part of the signature (also in settings).
