What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?

I've been dreaming of exploring Asia for years not just China but Mongolia and Thailand .

grilled last night for the first time all summer- lobster tails in butter buds with scallion ginger and garlic sauce . Also ate a grilled corn on the cob - have two more to eat today along with grilled apricot and mango.

Im leaning towards a chicken skewer later or maybe some oriental food .

Good morning everyone! It has been so hot here and is not cooling off at night like it usually does... ugh, miserable and more of the same for the next few days, 99 today... NFL starts Thursday (YAY!!!) and I finally ordered some new Patriots shirts and hoodies that will actually fit me. I'm swimming in last years 3x's. A good excuse to shop, of course, very necessary to represent properly!! They should all be here by Wednesday, just in time. I'm a very happy girl!!!

Accountability - ate pizza in a bowl for dinner - which are just toppings heated in the micro - instead of ham steak, all else was good.

QOTD - New York City and eat my way around town!

e- walking pups... it.s already almost 80 at 7:30 am - a short walk, our corgi is really sensitive to the heat and will plop down and not move. She can walk all day when its cool though

We took our dogs for a longer than usual walk today and our Tri colored Pembroke Corgi decided halfway that she was done and wanted to be carried! So of course, DH carried her for a bit then she got her second wind!

I hear that!! Ours is a tri pembroke also and she is a very big girl! Would not want to carry her!!

Howdy!

Working today because with two companies, one of them a travel agency I never seem to finish my list to do everyday. That being said, I love being busy !

QOTD: I am a tourist everyday!!! I get to live vicariously through my travel agency customers and I have also been on 6 trips this year ranging from Costa Rica, Alaska, Aruba, Asia to about 6 countries and even domestic travel in between. So far I have been gone more than 25% internationally since the start of the year. Way too many things to see and do!! Can't pick a place and I like them all!! Headed on Panama to Costa Rica yacht cruise in December with my new tummy. This should be interesting.....

Food accountability:

Breakfast : Egg beaters salsa with two pieces of turkey bacon

Lunch Some form of meat and a 10 calorie veggie pack

Snack: Cheese or meat

Dinner: Pork roast 3 ounces plus a veggie pack green beans

Snack: Yogurt with PB powder

Lots of water!!

Trying to get to 199 by tomorrow!!!

I seldom post my menu because I eat the same thing for months and then change. It's just a bother. Breakfast is a poached egg on top of a shaved piece of turkey ham and another slice on top of that . Lunch slice of turkey ham and piece of provolone cheese. Dinner can be exciting , ha slice of turkey and 1 corn on the cob. My dream is to someday visit NYC . I have really tied my life down with pets so they go where I go.Heading to our home in Texas next month
