Thanks!! I do have batwings but I have gotten more comfortable with them and will wear sleeveless stuff.

Good morning menu friends.

Accountability - I was really busy yesterday working in my house so I did not eat much, but I did drink decaf iced coffee with protein powder so stats were still good.

QOTD: I remember watching stuff on TV about it, but don't remember what I was doing exactly.

Menu:

B - Iced decaf coffee with SF creamer and Protein powder

B - Egg salad (Emiepie's )

L - Spinach Salad w/ shredded chicken 2.8 oz

D - 3.2 oz. Steak

S - Shrimp, ****tail sauce 2.8 oz.

S2 - Smoked Salmon 2.2 oz

Calories - 620, Protein - 92, Carbs - 19

My pics are from yesteray. I pulled oit the pants I was wearing last September when I started my hoop jumping for insurance, and showed them to my aunt who was at my house heloping me hang pictures. She insisted on taking pictures. I do really like the shirt and leggings I had on yesterday too.
