Wow, I feel like I haven't seen a pic of you in just a few weeks and...you disappeared! Are you at goal, yet?
Not yet! I haven't really decided on a final goal.
I'm just focusing on getting to 200 pounds lost, which hopefully will be in the next few weeks.
After that, who knows. I'll just keep going and see where I settle. I'd like to get to a normal BMI. The top end of which would be 145 ish. Which I can't quite wrap my head around yet.
but a year ago, I couldn't grasp the idea of losing 200 pounds either, and yet here we are hahaha.

Good Morning, *Edited to add a pic from the bathroom at work :)
Accountability: Ok people, this is why I need to put things into MFP in the morning before I pack my bag... I didn't have anything unusual, but the mix of things I picked were all super high calorie and whoops--I ended the day over 1200 calories! Eep. No more excuses about being busy. I need to prioritize making time for that every morning. I get why people who don't count calories think they are eating so much less than they really are. I've tracked every morsel for over 2 years, and I still can guess wildly wrong.
QOTD: Funny you should ask. That very night, my BFF and I moved from the worlds crappiest apartment in a yucky part of town, to this big gorgeous apartment right near Harvard University where we ended up living together for many years. We met a lot of "characters" at that place, and it stands as a pretty epic part of my development into adulthood. But anyway, the night we moved in was the night Diana died, so I always get a yearly reminder about how long it's been. Can't believe it's been 20 years!
Exercise: 2 mile walk
Vitamins: Patches on
I really love those green pants! And they look comfy too!

Good morning! Your weather mirrors ours, but even though we're south somehow it's colder. 38 degrees this morning and it looks like we might have already gotten a frost. Nooo!
QOTD: 20 years ago I would have been 14, but I honestly don't really remember Princess Diana's death. I remember news stories showing her car maybe? Apparently, I wasn't too in tune with current events at the time.
7 months post-op/Maintenance/138.0lbs
M1: Premier Protein, Coffee, Miralax, and HC
M2: Fage Total, SF Pudding, Blueberries and Slivered Almonds
M3: Chicken Breast and Avocado (and a handful of popcorn, and a bite of Strawberry Shortcake!)
M4: Flax Pita Pizza w/ Cheese and Turkey Pepperoni. Maybe a veggie or two thrown on there.
E: Might try out the TRX trainer again, or I might need another day to recover my abs. We'll see.
My OOTD is totally unremarkable because it's Friday and I can wear jeans AND it's cold as heck. So, I'm in a Northface prepared to freeze at my desk (not this desk, the one at my office).
