What's on your menu today (Photo Friday) RNYers?
Thank you! My concern is I'm also only 5'3" and feel like I want to go lower but the scale is just staying the same these days even though I'm usually at about 800 calories. In my brain I realize it will move down more eventually but it's just at a stubborn place. I've never been this weight as an adult. It also doesn't help that my physician, friends and family are all telling me I've lost enough. I know better but it's messing with my mind. My bigger concern is just eating more than planned in a compulsive manner. I really am scared of that and trying to find ways to work on it so that it doesn't happen. I just have to figure out what cause it to happen yesterday and move on I guess. Thank you for the input!

In case this helps, I just looked back at my end of weight loss stats (on MFP). I was 131 on August 29 last year. I dropped to my low of 116 on December 21 (4 months later - I lost another pound of skin when I had a TT in January ). My average calories over that time period were:
M1: 807 (lost 5.5)
M2: 883 (lost 3.25)
M3: 986 (lost 3.25)
M4: 1113 (lost 3)
overall: 936 (total loss over last 4 months = 15)
I turned 62 in March of,this year btw, and am relatively sedentary other than lots of walking several times a week.

Just reporting in on my food.
Protein shake and coffee 130 calories and 24 grams protein
Turkey chili - 96% lean with a few beans but mostly turkey and a sprinkle low fat cheese 160 calories
Snack: 2 ounces chicken breast and one cheese stick 110 calories 14 grams protein
Dinner: lean soft chopped pork with shirataki mushrooms, sf BBQ sauce 3 ounces plus the mushrooms
160 calories 20 grams protein
Snack: May not have one. Not sure
600 calories, 83 grams protein less than 15 carbs
