well here's a pic - I just had my 2017 staff photo taken. Kinda fits the theme of the day, too!

thanks! I thought nothing could top my staff pic from last year, but this one actually looks pretty good! And I'm about 30 lbs lighter to boot!

Hi Everyone,

Its late but I had a super rough day today eating wise and felt I had to post it for accountability. Lunch was provided for our professional development day and most everything was stuff I don't eat. I did fine and only had the turkey slices and then went back to. Y office and had a piece of cheese. But that was hard and I felt deprived so when I came home I had a snack planned but ate peanut butter instead and didn't stop at my planned amount and then I had almonds after. I feel awful now and very down on myself but I did at least throw the jar of peanut butter away so I'd stop eating it. Still working on my head. My calories today will be up near 1000 which is more than ever since surgery and my tummy isn't happy with me either. I just went and took this picture of my outfit today in hopes it would cheer me up! Now it's time to move on and do better. Thanks for being here for me to be listened to.

QOTD: my outfit for room set up today at work.

You look fantastic, and 1000 calories at goal is pretty low (though obviously your tummy is talking to you about choices - mine does that too). I am only 5'3" and at 115-118 pounds, my maintenance calories are 1100-1300 (which is lower than average according to the RMR test results).
