Good Morning! Daisy, hope your boss appreciated the extra work you're putting in.
Accountability: I had extra yogurt and a protein bar last night
QOTD: I typically like to do a few things here and there throughout the week. We do have a house keeper that comes every other week for the "big" stuff but we have the day-to-day stuff.
Time since surgery: 3 years
B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Spaghetti squash casserole (mozzarella cheese, Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken and crumbled bacon) and a boiled egg with everything but the bagel seasoning
S: Homemade Greek yogurt with blueberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig turkey, small banana and SF popsicle when I get home
D: 2 scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheddar, 2 slices of bacon, and SF vanilla pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1157 Protein:100 Carbs:85 Fat:51
Have a great one!
QOTD: common areas get kept pretty clean because I'm married to a neatnik. He can't stand a dirty dish in the sink for more than 30 seconds! My living room and basement family room are awful because half of my mom's former house (she's now in an independent living apt) is in the basement family room, and half my dad's stuff is in our living room. Luckily we have an older house with lots of interior doors, so I don't have to look at it. Those rooms will be my project after I retire (we have a second family room on the main level that was added (not by us) about 30 years ago - that's the one we use - plus the kitchen and bedrooms, of course...). DH would love to have a cleaning person, but with our cats - no. Plus he does a bang-up job himself, so... (I do clean sometimes, too, but his threshold for clutter is much lower than mine, so he usually cleans up before I ever notice things are looking a little out-of-control)
2 years 2 months out

Hello Everyone
Last day of vacation for me and it's a cool gloomy day out. It fits! I've decided to go shopping! Yay!
Accountability: I did fine but I substituted dense protein for more pb2 and I don't think that was the greatest choice. I'd just come from an appointment with my physician who told me I should losing weight and concentrate on maintaining. It is messing with my brain. I know I have an average bmi but I also hear the vets hear that say to keep going because of possible regain and I also have a fear of maintenance. So much to think about but in my mind after that appointment it felt justified to make a switch from dense protein to more pb2. Not a horrible choice but not sure it was the best either. I'll keep thinking this through but I wouldn't mind feed back from you all.
QOTD: I'm an all or nothing kind of person, although I'm trying to work on that prior to maintaining especially! Therefore I clean everything and spend an entire day doing so. My husband constantly tells me to do a room at a time but I just can't stand it. I am forcing myself to try though so today I cleaned out bathroom and I'm gonna get out of the house before I start doing anything else!
B: decaf, pp, sf torani, eggs with cottage cheese and creamy goat cheese in red pepper half.
L: leftover sirloin
