What's on your menu today (Monday) RNYers?

Howdy!
I had one week in San Diego where I did not log my food everyday. 5 of the 7 days I stuck to plan. 600's in calories. 90 grams protein and less than 20 carbs. Had two days where I fell off the wagon ( just a little bit ) Lost two pounds in the last week but golly its slow to me for sure.
It was the plane ride back where I had really bad stomach upset and ate some crackers (seeded and multigrain) along with my cheese stick and chicken breast I brought in my bag on the plane. It helped my tummy but it was 6 crackers that I didnt need.
The other time we all went for indian food(family dinner) I ate tandoori chicken, some carrots and califlower which were all good, but there was one piece of naan bread screaming for me to eat it. It was the was a 3 by 3 inch piece and I know I shouldnt have it but the old Barbara. :(
Back to basics now so hope all is well.
QOTD: My two end of year goals are: Get my business back on track. Took 5 trips this year personal and work related and need to make $ for lost time. Second: Get back to the gym on a regular basis.
Food:
Pure protein bar - breakfast 20 grams protein 190 calories
lunch: probably egg beaters and some form of protein 25 grams protein
Snack: babybel and 45 calorie hot dog 95 calories and 14 grams protein
Dinner: Salmon patty and a grilled vegetable 150 calories 20 grams protein
Snack Yogurt and peanut butter powder 16 grams protein and 110 calories
Lots of water, decaf coffee and crystal lite 95 grams protein less than 20 carb grams

Good afternoon,
I had a good weekend. Went to a gender reveal party for my friends son and girlfriend. They're having a boy and that what they wanted.
Yesterday I went to see my dad and ended eating dinner with them. But what I ordered ended being high calories and didn't know until after I ate. So I skip my snack.
Qotd to get my binge eating under control and figure out why I'm having urges.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
D going to my friends for dinner I think it's pork chop and a vegetable

Happy late afternoon all.... I am so behind the eight ball today.... Thank goodness I only have to work three days this week and then off for a mini vacation to visit my daughter in DC... Looking forward to seeing some sights and spending some quality time with her, my husband and her friends. We are kind of turning this little trip into our 25th wedding anniversary trip... We were going to go on a big trip to celebrate our 25th in September but we decided that the money we would spend on that trip would be better spent on college tuition, it is very important that our daughter graduate with as little debt as possible so we will do a big trip some other time.
QOTD: I have so many goals but if I had one I want to complain less. I feel like sometimes I complain a lot either about something at work about something at home, or vice versus.. Even on here I complain. I need to get better about that and finding the good in things...
Food for the day:
B: Bacon and an apple
L: chicken salad
S: yogurt
D: ham and cheese on a piece of wheat bread
