Hey yall
QOTD: My main goal is to get this night eating under control and stay within my weight goal. So far this is day 4. I don't recall having this issue before surgery so it is quite odd. My goal also is to tone up my body as much as possible by end of year and be as active as possible. I also want to get really good at my kayak and paddleboard before the season changes.
Hope everyone is staying safe that is in the south! Weekend here was crazy- saturday had MRI down in atlanta then many fun grocery stores including TJ's for bagel seasoning, onion seasoning, and turkey burgers and a fun cauli pizza to try. Went to sprouts and found a great lo carb tortilla and it is quite good. went to 2 asian markets and found chinese eggplant, bok choy, napa cabbage, and seaweed snacks. oh, then kroger for my yogurt and cottage cheese and of course gizzards.
Sunday was good also, meant to go to yoga but instead went and bought a new faucet at home depot (long story don't ask), returned a nasty protein powder at vit world, got more decaf and then came home to install the faucet. plumber coming today to fix the other 3 bathroom sinks. Yes again, don't ask...
Leaving tomm for ohio so eating the fridge time so food doesn't waste
gizzards
decaf
jello
veggies
turkey meatballs
dinner is turkey sloppy joe
Accountability: I did have bites of things on saturday and sunday during the day but nothing terrible at night which is my issue.
E: deciding on yoga today/tonight with leaving super early in the morning and needing to decide on my 'outfits' there may not be enough time. But I would like to go and my membership is about to end and I'm losing 3 days going to ohio :(
Night eating has always been a problem for me - Lately I've been finding that Decaf coffee when the cravings start curbs them.

Good morning. We had a really great weekend. It was beautiful out and we were able to play a lot with my son outside. I also was able to go to a fancy child free dinner Sat night so that was awesome!
Accountability: I did pretty good. Even at the restaurant I kept to my goals. The only thing I slacked on was water yesterday. I don't care for plain water and got the wrong Vitamin water at the store (I use the Zero but I got full sugar) so instead of just drinking water, I didn't drink much and I know I'm a little dehydrated today.
QOTD: My weight goal is to fit in my wedding dress. I'm about 12# away from my wedding weight so I imagine it will be fine.
almost 4 mos post op
B: dunkin coffee and wake up wrap
L: 2oz deli ham and 3 slices of cheddar
S: turkey pepperoni
D: egg beater omelet with ham and cheese, bacon on side
Already ran this morning, patches are on, working on water.

Good Morning! Wow-the weekend flew right by. Nothing too exciting but here it is Monday already. Thinking of all the people in Texas. We are in the middle of a heat wave and might be above 110 degrees today-Wednesday.
Accountability: I passed on french fries when we went to lunch on Saturday but ate tortilla chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant that evening. There were a few protein bars over the weekend.
QOTD: I had decided on some goals instead of a a "resolution" this year. One was to run 1500 miles and I don't think I will make it-I had to take 6 weeks off post PS and a few weeks before that due to an injury to my hamstring but I do want to get as close to that goal as possible (currently at 808). I really like your goal Daisy and know that I have some work to do on my mind too.
