Good afternoon,

Ive been running behind all day. At least I got to church on time.

Accountability, it wasn't pretty, too much junk food at my friends house. I did get a lot of protein in though. 151.

Qotd love lilacs in the spring, baked bread. There's a factory that makes bread and doughnuts, it always smells good.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna and cottage cheese

D cream of broccoli soup

S emiepie egg salad and watermelon

Have a good day

Awe I love fresh air smells, I totally get that smell you said about your husband. I love the smell of spring thaw with the wet earth. I love the smell of pumpkin pie, but hate the taste! Lol

Happy Afternoon!

I have the terrible habit that so many college students have of over sleeping. So I accidentally over slept through church, which is a bummer because I love my church family. But I'll listen to the service online later.

QUOTD: I looove the smell of fall. The crisp air and camp fires at night are always my favorite. I'm so excited for fall!

today I get to move onto puréed foods.

MENU:

  1. 1/2 cup egg faces ricotta bake.
  2. 1/2 Lemonade Syntrax protein drink
  3. 2 cup of split pea soup
  4. 1 cup of chicken bone broth

Good afternoon! Posting late, so 2 meals are already done.

QOTD: Sea air, a baby's head (especially my own children when they were small), bacon cooking and bread baking. Also, lavender like Karen (just read hers).

17 months post-op (maintenance), 67 or less workdays to retirement.

B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese

L: grilled chicken (I had it at the neighborhood BBQ and ate it too fast. For the first time in a year, I had the OMG it is stuck feeling, but it is resolved now)

D: Protein pancakes (want something soft after the lunch episode)

S: Halo top if feeling well enough
