Welcome NickM1267, post-WLS learning can be continual. Not sure what kind of advice you are seeking but here are three starters to consider: 1. stick to a strict routine and intensely immerse yourself into the post-WLS lifestyle 2. seek professional mental health maintenance even if you don't think you need it 3. attend an in-person WLS support group. If you find group sub-par, offer to volunteer making the group meetings better.
