So pissed. Yesterday was small meals with carbs and no metformin and I now 160.8!!! I am up a pound and this was after 8 miles ( or 19.5k steps), 20 floors and 2430 calories burned per my fit bit!!
Got the glucometer and test strips to measure blood sugar.
B1: express 4 shots and half and half
B2: 1/4 mushroom swiss burger with bun +big onion ring
S1: before 2.5 he work out. Rabbit + 1/3 cup noodles and cream sauce
L1 after workout: hushwee salad with ground beef..onion, lettuce, tomato, chickpeas and tzaki. Maybe a Ritz crackers or 2 depending on the amount of chickpeas.
S2: cucumbers and tzatziki
D: last 1/4 of mushroom and swiss burger
S3: v8 veggie juice
E: 2.5 hr block with zumba, abs, and Pilates.

Well, it could be your body holding on BECAUSE of all the exercise. We do beat up on ourselves, don't we!

Don't be so hard on yourself, Liz is right heavy workouts can make you have temporary water gain.
I find anytime I adjust something in my eating I need to give it 10 days to 2 weeks to evaluate. Don't panic.
