Hi everyone!! Today is my Friday-- woohoo! I've got my first ever mammogram tomorrow and some other tests. I ordered new undies because Victoria's secret had a buy 3, get 3 free sale, and I also had a coupon for a free one. I had to force myself to get rid of 7 older pairs. I still had undies size 22-24 in my drawer. WTF?

Accountability- the after work/before dinner time span will be the DEATH of me. I'm like a cow grazing in pasture. Its better, but I go through phases of it being off the walls though. I have go-to's in place, but sometimes they aren't enough. Maybe when school starts and I have to help the kids with their homework my mind will be more focused.

QOTD: I knew I would have been active in a forum after WLS. I am a member of a working mothers forum and I swear those ladies helped me keep my sanity in the tough times of parenting! Knowing the value online forums had in my life, I figured it would do the same for being successful WLS. So far my theory has proved to be true:-)

Good morning! Temps are going up up up here!! Supposed to keep getting hotter in the next week or so. As much as I love swimming, especially in the heat I have become REALLY self conscious of the skin on my arms and more recently - my inner thighs... it's starting to effect my desire to swim and that is killing me. I can't wear a rashguard/swimshirt comfortably in this heat. When its cooler I will have no problem. I cannot wait to be eligible/ready for plastics. I'm enjoying cardio/weights though, so at least I'm still working out on the days I opt not swim.

While it's no jackpot, I won 5 bucks on Powerball last night!

Accountability - ate way too many pieces of bacon for dinner....

QOTD - If I hadn't found OH -I'd be at the mercy of my center and my sister for guidance, which would not be a good thing. My center is higher cal/carb focused and my sister who had WLS 15 mo ago w/virtually identical stats as me, lost 70 pounds in the first 6 months and has maintained but not lost anymore. For the most part, she went back to her old ways and doesn't understand how I eat the way I do and how I am able to continue losing as I have. I've told her what and why but she does what she feels is best for her and I have no control over that. I do have control over what I allow for myself though. I am so grateful to OH everyday! I know I would not be as successful if it weren't for all of you, so thank you to each and everyone of you!!!

Hi guys! Another hot one in Philadelphia... Lower humidity but still hot.

I love the menu thread.... Not only do I get excellent advice and support... I feel like I'm getting to know people. I can't get to an in person support group and really didn't get all that much from my preop group or advice from my nut...people here showed me the way to a lo carb eating plan that works. Also basically I enjoy reading the thread to see what's new with everyone, pictures, and menu ideas. Couldn't do it without you guys!

Calories - 687, Protein - 109, Carbs - 23

Hello everyone,

Accountability: I stayed 99% on plan yesterday. I had a 1/2 a garlic dill pickle that wasn't planned last night. It was only 5 calories and 1g of carbs but still. I I wanted it I should have planned it.

Powerball, I did not win but if I did I certainly would not have forgotten you and Arun! :)

QOTD:I had never heard of OH and my WLS practice never heard of it either. I never thought I could find such a great forum and to find so many wonderful people. Also to make some very wonderful friends. I love being held accountable. Coming here everyday is a part of my life.

Same menu as yesterday

B: 2 eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
