I'm so jealous that it's becoming fall where you are! New England is so pretty with all the changing leaves. Almost makes me want to leave my beloved Midwest.

Happy Afternoon!

im getting a late start on my day today. I don't have any classes today, so I stayed up late last nigh****ching Doctor Who and reading Agatha Christies "And Then There Were None". So I slept waaay in today.

I've got a weird feeling in my throat/upper abdamon today so Im going to back off of full liquids and go back to clear liquids for just today. So my "menu" is just bone broth.

that being said: do any of you have any recommendations for a hearty pre-made broth? My hospital had some seriously good broth that I could devour, but any broth I buy from the store just taste gross. And bone broth takes forever to make in advance.

Patches are on, no excercise again since my calories are so low.

QUOTD: like a few others, I get compared to pretty much any obese, brunette, white female. I used to have dreadlocks until Novemeber last year, those kept away the "oooh you look just like (insert any overweight white woman)". I do miss the dreads because of that!

If you can find Porgresso chicken stock, it delicious and has 10g protein per serving. I buy the unsalted.
