I totally forgot about this until I read your post about Nancy Wilson. Once maybe 20+ years ago, a man told me that when he first saw me he thought I was the girl he had taken to his high school senior prom. The only difference, he said, was our eye color. His date for the prom was Robert Redford's daughter, Shauna. He was extremely dashing and charming, and after reading about him (he had a big career), I saw no reason to doubt his Redford connection. I didn't think Shauna and I looked really identical, but it was an interesting encounter.

Well it's 4:30 in the morning here in California. I have yet to hit the hay as these are the last few of days of a very intense project; I have still an overwhelming amount of work to do. I doubt I will be able to sleep before late tonight. I made myself a couple of big mugs of black chai tea, each with 1/2 a serving of protein powder, and sipped them through the hours as I worked. The caffeine definitely helped perk me up, thank goodness, and the tea was good and well tolerated. I will be sure to get in enough protein and water today, watching the timing.

I look a bit like my dad, and my fit and always lean brother and I look like we are related. But I have never met anyone I felt really looked just like me. HOwever, once, long ago, a man told me I was the spitting image of his Texan ex-wife. Then he asked me a completely cheeky and highly inappropriate question about a part of my body, claiming it must be identical to his ex's! I wanted to slap him, but it was at work, and I couldn't. Anyway, perhaps I have a doppelganger somewhere in Texas!

First (in a few hours): Cappucino PP drink

B: 2 oz. refried beans/cheddar

L: 2 oz. ham/cheddar cheese

D: 2 oz. pulled BBQ chicken thighs

Possibly another protein drink, lots of watere

Wishing everyone success, good decisions, and a happy heart today! Now it's back to work for me!
