Accountability - better than planned as I had baked cod for dinner rather than a burger.

Good morning all.....Tuesday meeting day..All the way into work I hear ding ding ding which means I am getting work emails on my phone finally get to the parking lot and there are 17 email of things that need to be reviewed for meeting at 3pm today. Gee why not wait until noon and send me the stuff considering I have other meetings all day. Thank goodness two other people I am in meetings with all day are in the meeting at 3 and they got the same emails so we will be spending our other meeting time reviewing these... Plus I guess it is going to be hot humid and rainy all day oh well... At least I will be indoors.
QOTD: I have so many movies that I love but I could watch The Replacements, Remember the Titans, Sixteen Candles and if I was picking a Disney movie Toy Story 2 I love Jessie the Cowgirl.

Yesterday we had almost 100% totality in the eclipse. We went to our neighbors house had bbq, green beans, a couple berries, and a bite of peach icebox pie.
Then I came back, finished working and laid carpet for 3 hours. We are quickly putting into our two rooms downstairs- realtor coming Thurs, really starting to stress. ok what am I kidding i was already stressing.
Can't do yoga this week due to getting house ready. there is just not enough time after work.

my friend goes back home to Turkey today - I have been dreading this day ever since she got here two months ago! I wish she lived here!! I have a ton of casual friends - people I meet for lunch or dinner or coffee once a month (or less), but it was great having someone around to do things with all the time (sometimes 2-3 times a week), because DH has been working evenings & weekends in his part-time jobs and also doesn't have the same social needs that I do. I really need to get out there and meet more people!! Goal for the fall...
QOTD: I really can't think of many movies I've seen more than once - and there aren't any I watch over & over, oddly...
2 years 2 months out:
B: flopped homemade yogurt made into overnight oats, fresh blueberries & raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, peanut butter/butterscotch protein/Miralax shake
L: cottage cheese and strawberries
D: Caprese salad, ear of corn
exercise: been doing well the past couple of nights - but may go to the gym tonight and do weights (DH working)
So sorry your friend is going home! I have a few close friends but they all live a minimum of an hour a way, and my best friend is in South Carolina. So glad for technology that allows us to be in regular contact.
