on 8/22/17 3:14 am - GTA, Ontario, Canada
Hi everyone? How are you? I am good. Hot & humid here, calling for thunderstorms later today, will be nice to get the lawn/flowers some water and break the humidity.
Accountability: 100% on plan. When I work out I get home late I eat dinner and I am full so I don't eat my evening snack and pretty much go to bed.
QOTD: What movie can you watch over and over. You watch it when there is nothing on TV or when you are home sick or just because you love the movie so much. For me hands down its "Princess Bride" is #1 and "Pitch Perfect" is #2. And I love "Finding Dory," "just keep swimming..."

Same with the warm humidity here, and I'm hoping for a whopper of a storm today. We've been totally ripped off on any good storms this summer!

Morning!
Well, yesterday was an expensive day. Our furnace died. Which we need to circulate our central air. They said it would be about 700-800 repair, but no guarantees on who long it will last. So, given that it's 17 years old, we're just going to replace it. Not a huge deal as we knew it was coming soon, it just means shifting some of our home plans for the rest of the year.
also, we are going to move it to a different location, which means I know what our plans are this weekend...purging the basement... at least it's cooler down there...
Plus, we found a great deal on flights to see family in Germany for Christmas, so we bought those too! Yikes!
qotd: Princess Bride definitely. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter...basically whatever 12 year olds are into I guess hahaha
i haven'****ched Dirty Dancing in years, but still quote it on the regular. Same with reality bites, and the man with two brains!
Accountability: operation eliminate protein bars is a success so far.
Menu:
B: coffee and premier protein
L: leftover hamburger patty with guacamole
D: tbd on what time hubby plays ball. If I'm on my own, leftover pork chop, otherwise I'll pull something out of the freezer to grill.
S: cottage cheese with strawberries
haveca good one!

lol I chose different movies for my QOTD, but it looks like you and I could enjoy a movie marathon together! I love all of your options. I'm really into nerdy movies lol
Good morning :)
I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'm off to school today. I haven't been in months. I have to return my keys and parking pass, and then I have to submit my expenses from my conference. It's worth the drive to get some money back ;) I'm going to drag my mom with me and then we are going to go grocery shopping on our way home.
QOTD: so many... I love Miss Congeniality and True Lies. Those ones are on TV a lot at least. I also love The Secret Garden and Mulan. My siblings and I are huge Disney fans, so put me down for most of the classics (Mulan, Aladdin, Lion King). They were born in the next generation of Disney and love the newer ones like Toy Story, Monsters Inc, and Lilo and Stitch.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - bacon jerky
Lunch - pork roast and salad
Snack - turkey sausage
Dinner - tbd meat and veggies
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
Good morning Daisy and all the menu folks! Another hot and humid one here too. I plan to stay indoors and stay cool.
Accountability: I stayed with the menu that I posted yesterday, but the total calories were higher than usual because I was finishing some leftover Kung Pao chicken. I really tasted good, but it was high enough in calories that I plan not to repeat the takeout order at least for a while.
QOTD: I used to watch Princess Bride all the time, but it has been years now since I've seen it. We have DVDs of Warner Bros cartoons like Bugs Bunny and I watch those regularly. They are very comforting to me.
Menu:
Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon
Snack: Lemonade protein shake
Lunch: tilapia, baby carrots
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast
Dinner: pot roast, TJ's Hodge Podge veggies
Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill

Morning DD2!
QOTD: Princess Bride is at the top. Followed by Shawshank Redemption. Old westerns are alway good for me. Certain TV shows I always stop to watch, like MASH.
