Late post for me today - I was supposed to be off today, but came in to work 8 hours of overtime.

QOTD: Shawshank Redemption, A Time to Kill, The Blind Side, Sleeping with the Enemy - I could go on and on...lol

Accountability - I have been totally sticking to my planned out food.

Today's menu:

B1 - 1/2 scoop protein powder in iced coffee w/ SF creamer

B2 - Emiepie's egg salad

L - Shrimp w/ ****tail sauce, small spinach salad (mini cucumber, 7 tiny cherry tomatoes)

D - Smoked Salmon

S - 4 oz turkey lunch meat, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge

Calories - 569, Protein - 82, Carbs - 19

Scale is once again stuck and this is my slow losing 2 weeks. I have been stuck for 4 days so far. Not that I'm worried. I know my normal trend now - just have to be patient.

I am going camping this weekend - so I will have to be very careful not to be tempted by anything other than what I planned. I am camping with good friends so they will help by not offering stuff that I should not be eating.
