New Snack Discoveries
I have to say... for 25 calories, >1g sugar, 0g of fat, and 4g of protein this little stick is pretty darn awesome. Dense protein so is very filling. Tasty. Easy to carry in my purse or pocket. This is definitely going to be added to my basic must have on hand list. Wow!
Pleasantly surprised! After many attempts at finding simple quick protein sources and wasted grocery money I am really happy to find something that is this good. What have you all found lately that works for you?

I got these from a local grocery store, Central Market, and there was a buy one get one free coupon for the packages of them so it was a great deal. You can order them online though.

I don't get the surprised look on the turkey graphic? Cheese sticks were my early post-op favorite until the lightbulb finally came on cheese was a main contributor to constipation. Now, what works best is to keep nuts in the purse and/or car.
I think that yellow part is his bill...
I like that it's ONE serving at a time... I do better than with something like pepperoni, where there's several servings in one bag.
My last favorite snack, and actually it's not been too bad as far as controlling myself are the flavored pork rinds that I have to buy in Texas at only certain HEBs... My favorite are the Kimchi BBQ and the Ancho Chili Pineapple ones... YUM!
I might need some of these meat snacks in my life come payday ;)
