Thanks! I just need to concentrate, and so far, I've done great today :)

I swear even yesterday I didn't feel great from that RH episode on Monday evening... that was scary!

My son has no fashion sense. He's incredibly cheap to dress.

Good Morning! I am glad you had a great training yesterday-it's always a nice surprise when that happens.

Accountability: Yesterday was good for me-stayed on plan and went to bed before the carb monster tried to attack.

QOTD: I think it's called "distressed" or something. Em can't wear ones with tears in them to school so we don't buy them. She did get a pair of Levi's that have a few small areas where they kind of look frayed or "worn" but they aren't holes and you can't even really see they are there.

Time since surgery: 3 years

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: SF latte, homemade Greek yogurt with blueberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig beef and SF popsicle when I get home

D: Trader Joe's turkey burger topped with shredded cheese, small salad with skinny girl Balsamic dressing and SF chocolate pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip

E: 1 hour stair-climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1085 Protein:116 Carbs:67 Fat:43

Have a great one!

My weight's finally starting to drop again - down 1.2 lbs this morning. I'd been holding on to that excess water since the weekend - I fel****erlogged and awful. So glad it's almost over!!

QOTD: I've worked with college students for most of my career, so nothing fazes me. If one of my co-workers showed up in ripped jeans I might raise an eyebrow, but students, no. I've seen it all, I think.....

2 years 2 months:

B: homemade plain Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, toasted hazelnuts

S: coffee with half & half, matcha tea/vanilla protein shake

L: Moroccan beef/chickpea stew

D: turkey breast slices and salad

probably another yogurt later on

ex: I have to. It's been since the weekend. I intended to go last night but was WAY too tired. So tonight either Aqua Zumba or yoga

Just go to class. You'll feel so much better if you do.
