What's on your Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
I used to love body pump classes when I went to a gym that offered them!
Welcome to the menu board :)

Welcome!!
I didn't start posting on this thread until i was about six months post-op. I find it really makes me laser focus on what I'm eating throughout the day, so I rarely go "off the rails". I'm afraid I'd start putting on weight if I didn't post here every day. Plus I've "met" some wonderful people on here to boot!! This is my main support group, to be honest.
your menu looks great, btw!
I've been watching this thread off and on for some time. I really wanted to try to keep myself accountable for keeping track better of what I am having. My doctor was concerned because my loss has been "a little sluggish". I have added a little to get me above 400 calories a day. I was for awhile still drinking protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and no snack during the day. I've been stalled for 2 weeks now and I am trying to figure out how to get it going again. A few of my WLS friends locally said they thought I wasn't actually eating enough... seemed odd to me, but I am trying.

Stalls happen and there is no accounting for them. I went into a stall one week after surgery and it lasted 3 ½ weeks. I thought I would lose my mind. But getting through that made it easier to get through future stalls.
During a stall, are usually found it helpful to change up my choices a little, sometimes we get into a food rut. And to add some fat. We need that too.

Morning menu peeps :)
QOTD: I just bought my daughter a pair of ripped jeans for school... sigh. I guess having teenagers it makes it easier to swallow the latest trends, but I gotta tell you, it's not easy! Of course, she's tiny, and that might help, because let's face it, everything looks better on a tiny lady! My son got a pair that are spattered with polka dot-like things on them. Not exactly the paint spatter, but close... I just shake my head and go on. As long as the girl isn't wearing a thong that's showing, and the boy isn't wearing them down around his ass, I'm OK at this point! LOL I actually bought myself a pair of capri's - at my highest weight - that had rips in them. I looked stupid in them, and I don't know what I was thinking! I prefer a darker wash jean over the really faded ones too... I think the really faded ones look dirty and old!
15 months out today, and I hit my highest number that makes me cringe this morning!!! 140.0 All of the dirty eating is catching up with me, and on a surgiversary date to boot. Not happy with myself.
B: 4 ounces of salisbury steak with a bit of gravy on top
L: 4 ounces of butter chicken
S: 1.5 ounces of salami
D: 4 ounces of taco meat with some cheese and salsa - no tortilla
S: Fairlife Latte, probably all day long (at work, no Fairlife)
That RH episode on Monday really messed with me... and I slept in this morning and didn't get up until 6:05am. So that weight will HOPEFULLY not be the same tomorrow when I'm back on my routine.
