Glad your feeling better after soaking in the hot tub-the pics from your hike looked awesome by the way!

I miss my hot tub so much! I had to sell it because after developing heart disease and having 4 stents put in I could no longer go in it. I did have my cardiologist's clearance but when I went in I almost passed out and never went back in. I thought I was going to die in that hot tub.

We've been on the fence about getting one... I know I'd love having one though...just to make the leap and do it!

QOTD: I can do distressed jeans, but I refuse to pay for something that literally has gaping holes in it. I'm hoping those styles fizzle out again before my girls get to that point. I also have found that Hollister jeans fit me the best because I have skinny chicken legs. But, 99% of their jeans are ripped to shreds so I don't get many choices on what I buy.

My menu is different than what I posted on the VSG thread because I made some adjustments to cut some carbs and calories and because we had leftovers that needed eating.

Nearly 7 months post op\Maintenance\141.6 this morning

M1: Premier Protein w/ Coffee and Miralax (1 TBSP heavy cream in the first cup)

M2: Dannon L&F w/ Sunflower seeds and Flaked Coconut

M3: Boneless Skinless chicken thigh w/ Avocado

M4: Turkey, Hummus & Olives

Well i was up at 3 am, could NOT sleep for the life of me. actually feels like acid reflux so that is not cool. So decided to go into work and just work on that instead. Had a decaf coffee, a cottage cheese and a yogurt. I couldn't think of anything solid really to eat so will give it a few more hours and maybe I will start to feel better.

QOTD: I have 1 -2 pair of skinny jeans with patches/holes. they are super cute. I don't like the ones with holes in the thighs though because that causes poking out fat issues for me... not pretty.

Food today:

cottage cheese

yogurt

decaf

TJ's chili lime chicken burger

protein pancakes for dinner maybe

Accountability:

no poor eating last night. switched it up- ate the prot pancakes for dinner, then for snack ate something i would have eaten for dinner which was chicken breast. filled me up and I didn't eat crap! amazing.

Lets hope i make it to yoga at 6 PM tonight. i also might go to GNC to see if they have markdown prot powders. oh and i wanted one of those donut cake bites to try...

Accountability: Let's just say I'm working on it. I continue to be fine through the day, but evening is another story. I didn't want dinner last night so after going to in-laws to do some extensive yardwork (think Amazon jungle) I was starving when we got home. I ate an ice-cream sandwich. I know....bad choice. But it tasted so good and I was still within the calorie range. I still think I wish I did dump - it might help me avoid sweets which are my weakness. I had no ill effects.

QOTD: I remember wearing ripped jeans in the 70's. I don't necessarily like the look now, but it doesn't drive me near as crazy as the pants 5 sizes to big and half-way down the butt with the underwear showing. Now that's a "look" I can't stand.

B: Protein Coffee

L: 3 oz roasted chicken, zucchini

S: 1/2 C Greek LnF Yogurt, 1 T PB2, 1/2 scoop protein powder

D: Cheeseburger (no bun) and maybe some more zucchini

E: 60+ minutes on the stationary bike

I was thinking the same thing about jeans fashions that bother me. I don't particularly like rips in jeans, but the saggy drawers really annoy me. I just don't want to see someone's underwear.
