I never tried the Walden Farms Blueberry spread...I like their Pancake Syrup, Chocolate, syrup, and caramel syrups...

and Yes the PB powder in yogurt does taste good. I much prefer plain yogurt I flavor myself...

Have you ever tried carbquik or carbolose flour? You can read about them on Netrition.com. I was thinking of your tuna patties. A little might be a good binder. They have good stats and a little in something like that goes a long way. The Carbquik is like low carb Bisquick... and the Carbolose flour is just the same flour minus any leavening. I have never found it negatively effected the scale, even when I got into a 2+ week run of low carb chocolate mug cakes every night. oops ;****il I cut myself off....at least for the time being...

Hi

Sounds cool. ! Gonna check it out. I used the califlower and the cheese as a binder with the egg beaters but I have been trying really hard to find a product that could be used for baking or binder.

My favorite PB&J sandwich was always PB and strawberry jam. I find if I stir some natural PB into Dannon L&F Strawberry greek yogurt....yummmmoooo!

I use fruit yogurt instead of adding jam to plain yogurt. Then I freeze it, and I end up with (kinda) PB&J ice cream. Tasty!

love the powdered PB, it also comes in chocolate!

for walden farms i like the pancake syrup, caramel, chocolate syrups. t he coffee syrups are also good. I didnt like the fake peanut butter, it was gross - so was the fake marshmallow spread.

i recently did your tuna idea on zuchinni and made little fritters. it was mean to be my 'veggie' along with my meat.

I liked the fritters too. Gives the tuna texture and almost tastes like a crab cake!!

I tried this last night, but I used strawberry jam and added a whole serving (3 TBL) peanut butter and then divided the whole thing into two servings. Next time I will use less peanut butter. It was good though. Thanks for the idea!
