Funny all about perspective I guess--I did weight them and I was impressed with how many you get for a serving :)

The microwave ones are the MOST DISGUSTING thing I have ever eaten. Blergh, just remembering them.

I will have to see what brand I have, because the microwave ones I have were really good... didn't gt them on Amazon though.

Morning Menu Family... I am so tired today! I would have had no problem staying in bed today! I don't know about you all but for some reason Tuesday's are the day I am most tired maybe Monday's I am still on an adrenal rush? Today is meeting day and I have a coworker on vacation so it should make for a fun filled day!

QOTD: No really hungry in the mornings but I find that if I eat cereal for breakfast I am starving in about two hours so I stay clear from cereal because it really is not good for me anyway. During the week I try to find breakfast food that I can eat in the car while driving because it is easier for me that way.

My food for the day:

B: Bacon, hardboiled egg white, watermelon

L: BJ's chicken salad and cucumbers

D: TJ Mahi-Mahi Burger w/ a kiss of mayo and lettuce, tomato, and onion

S: have not decided yet will see what is in my drawer at work

Try a chicken leg for breakfast! LOL

I eat leftover dinners for breakfast just about every weekday... people in the kitchen are always giving me the side-eye over it.

But seriously, a chicken leg is easy to eat while you drive... just wrap the bottom part in a paper-towel, and off you go!

Hey yall

QOTD: i drink about 2 rounds of coffee first before I eat something. My pouch needs comfort first.

busy one so will make it quick. went to yoga as planned last night and did the two sessions. first was kundalini yoga, a 30 min session. Second was 1 hour beginner yoga. I'm not a beginner but it was good and packed! loved it. Then i came home and made dinner. We had turkey burgers for DH and TJ's chilie lime chicken burger for me. I made all 4 for today/tomm.

the two yoga classes were awesome. I'm stuck in a decision land for September regarding exercise. I would like to continue the month long yoga but it is $100 and i just bought a kayak and paddle board. was thinking to capitalize on the last bit and use both as much as possible until the season is over up here and not to sign up for the yoga. I just don't know. I can do yoga for free on u tube or use my yoga collective membership so need to consider that also.

Accountability: weight is still up from surgery and swelling is not helping matters, Talked to surgeon office yesterday. They told me to keep upping my protein like their recommendations and to stop beating myself up because I'm still healing. per the above, there was an afternoon moment yesterday that involved at least 2 helpings of pork rinds-also last night was some powdered peanut butter as well as some regular on a spoon (teaspoon) but never the less... got to get a hold of the night time eating. I think i'm going to try an experiment today.
