What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Good Morning Menu crew. Great start to the morning, I jumped into the Hot Tub as soon as I got out of bed this morning. My old bones were making noise following my 10 mile trip up Big Slide Mountain yesterday. ( Pics on FB). Had a great day with my wife and we were able to mark off another Mountain in our quest to become Adirondack 46 'ers.
Accountability - spot on
QOTD - I am always hungrier at the end of day. I work out very hard and this contributes.
B - pure protein bar
S - Caramel Apple pie Greek yogurt
L - Chili
s- Buddig meat
D - Chicken Divane.
E - Gym night - shoulders and arms, light cardio
Stay healthy, Mike

I'm with you on the sleep deprivation, DD2. Just over five hours last night. I've been averaging around six this week (according to my Fitbit). One of these nights, I'm really going to crash...
QOTD: I'm definitely hungrier at night, but I usually wake up wanting to eat. Not sure if it's because I'm really hungry, or because I'm really looking forward to my morning yogurt, which I love! Plus it's probably good to get some protein in right away *anyway*. I stop for coffee on my way to work (I usually drink one at the coffee place and take a refill for the road)
did very well yesterday, but weight is still up. Most be a delayed thing (ate WAY too much sodium on Sunday)
2 years 2 months out:
B: homemade plain yogurt, strawberries, hazelnuts
S: coffee with half & half, vanilla chai tea protein shake
L: 1 C tuna/chickpea salad, tomatoes, peach
D: probably a salad and turkey slices
another yogurt or shake if I can afford the calories

ya my fitbit tells me I average around 5-6 hours of sleep a night, not really good. I know I need to get to bed sooner, I am just naturally a night person I think.
I love that you love your yogurt, that's awesome!
your lunch sounds yummy, I love chickpeas!
Good morning menu folks! It's a rainy day here and generally dreary, so I'll be doing my walks inside today.
QOTD: On days that I work in the office, I wait to get to wor****il I have my breakfast, which is about 2 hours. On days at home, I eat within the first half hour usually, but I don't eat as much. I don't usually wake up hungry, but I find that I do better when I eat breakfast consistently.
Menu:
Breakfast: hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon
Snack: Lemonade protein shake
Lunch: TJ's Vera Cruz swai, baby carrots
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast
Dinner: pork chop, TJ's Hodge Podge veggies

Morning Everyone, Super busy week for me. Not sure how often I will be popping in.
Accountability: Yay, didn't eat anything off plan, although I was starving last night after a really active day, so I ate an extra 1.5 oz of steak and then had a handful of pork rinds, but at least it was all no carb. Feeling good about today's plan.
QOTD: If I am actually hungry when I wake up, I know it's silent reflux. I swig some Gaviscon and get back onto my PPI routine and feel much better.
2 years post op / 120.5lbs today / trying to get back down to 115 (lower end of comfort range)
I had a pork rind incident yesterday. there were two servings at least. have you ever weighed them? you only get a few per serving it is the devil. there is a gas station near me that makes these by the bag and they are freaking amazing. the rinds from yesterday were UTZ brand though. I think the rest are going to the chickens today... they will love them also.
OH and amazon sells a microwave rind version. like popcorn... 180 cal per bag... I have those also...
