What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
B1: 3 cups coffee...caffeinated which is bad. Then I wonder why my gastritus gets acts up
B: TWO bunless BLT sandwiches with colleagues fresh garden tomatos (total 4 pieces of bacon, 2 tbspoon full fat mayo, 4 tomato slices and lettuce).
L: 2 oz skirt steak encrusted with expresso fine ground, cinnamon and cocoa powder; 1/2 cup garlic sauteed spinach
D: 1/2 cup Hushwee with pine nuts.
I seem to be on a cinnamon kick
E: Abs (30 minutes + Body pump (i.e. weights for 45 minutes)).
QOTD: it takes me about 2-3 hours to get hungry. Need for coffee is crazy as I have been burning both ends of the candle lately. Tonight is a baseball game. Maybe I should sleep in tomorrow.

Yep. The gardener colleague said these were the last of the "salad tomatoes" for the year but the cooking tomatoes (for sauces) are about to come in!
Hushwee is a lebaniese dish of ground beef, pine nuts, onions and cinnamon. I seem to be on a cinnamon kick.

Good morning :)
I got asked to come back for a second interview from yesterday's place and since I'm away the rest of this week they asked me to come in this morning. Then I have my interview at a different place in the afternoon.
Tomorrow I will be leaving bright and early to go to my mom's and pick up the puppies. I miss them sooooo much!! It's a 7 hour drive to get there so I'm going to stay for a couple days.
QOTD: I'm never hungry in the morning. I always drink my firs****er bottle and then have a protein shake. I remember as a kid, my mom would try to get me to eat even a piece of toast and I would always say it made me nauseous. If I eat first thing for some reason (meeting or travel, etc) then I will feel off for the whole day.
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - turkey sausage
Lunch - tbd
Snack - pepperette, Greek yogurt
Dinner - something with ground beef
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.
