What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Good morning! I was up super early because apparently there's a structure fire down the road from us and there were a ton of emergency vehicles!
QOTD: I rarely wake up hungry. I have coffee as soon as I'm up and showered and dressed. Then I don't eat breakfast until 8:30-9 (so I bring it to work). On the weekends, it's later. I'm also one of those people who can not eat in the middle of the night. When I was on insulin and would have an overnight low I always hated getting up and getting food in the middle of the night. I do feel snacky in the evening and I always leave 1/4 of my PP so I can use it in decaf coffee before bed.

look at you Erin! 0.9 to your "goal" congrats girl! Great job!
I like your M2 yogurt add in's, I love crunch "stuff" in my yogurt!
Have an awesome day!
I'm guilty of continually lowering my goal as long as I keep on losing First it was 145, and then I lowered it to 140 and I actually changed TrendWeight to 137. I figure maybe before I can get to maintenance calories I'll level out there?

I've done the same thing! Started off at 145... then 140... now that I'm sitting around 136-138, I've lowered it to 133... only I'm not working on that very hard right now...

I'm 5'7" tall and everything said my "ideal" was 147.5. So, at first I set it to that, but a friend gave me a hard time about my "unround number" . So I lowered it to 145. Then I blew that away too. I have managed to slow my loss some though. Month 6 saw 11lbs of loss and it looks like Month 7 will be about 7lbs, so I'm moving in the right direction to stop! I'm fine here, I was fine at 145 and I'm sure I'd be fine at 135. It's so foreign to be "fine" anywhere that I'm really struggling with the idea of stopping though.

I hear you with the night lows--I'm having a lot of lows lately (doctor has been reducing my meds, yay!) and getting up in the night is a huge pain in the rear.
I have always been anti-decaf coffee... but it could make for a nice nightcap...
