QOTD: I am a foodie so I am always looking at new ways to prepare things and innovate. Although I have been gravitating to the 99 percent protein for my ongoing weight loss, I will be adding more and more veggies to my diet as I get closer to goal.
Breakfast: 1 TB of peanut butter powder added to a Chocolate Isopure protein shake and 20 ounces of coffee decaf 13o calories 28 protein
Lunch: 2/12 ounces of chicken with egg beaters and 1/2 oz of mozzarella and Trader Joes everything but the bagel spice and two tablespoons of sf BBQ sauce 22 grams protein 160 calories
72 ounces of weak crystal lite
dinner: Thinking of salmon patty 3 oz with some zucchini grilled with mushroom 1/3 cup 150 calories 16 protein
Snack: cheese stick with mustard and 1 ounce of turkey 90 calories 11 protein
560 calories/77 grams protein and all my water or crystal lite
