Hello Everyone
i had a nice weekend with my daughter visiting.
Accountabitity: I went to a restaurant that serves freshly done pork rinds this weekend and with it I ate 3 pieces of bacon. About a half hour later I thought I was gonna die. Way too much pig for me I guess. I'm also having issues with sf gum. I can't control it. Today I have vowed not to have a single piece. Also, chocolate PB2 is way too good and I think I need to leave that alone. Tons of triggers for me lately.
QOTD: I can eat the same things over and over but I do have to switch it up after a while cause I get tired if it's the same for too long.

my weekend was a huge let down. Zach finally came home and we were supposed to do something fun to celebrate our anniversary but he was cranky all weekend and that just sent me into a depression. I almost feel like I would have had a better weekend if he was still out of town working haha. Hopefully this week is better because he leaves again next week for work also. crossing my fingers haha!
accountability: I was good all day yesterday except for brunch. We went out with a couple friends and I ordered a grey hound. I just couldn't help myself! :(
QOTD: I miss variety! I miss a lot of things! Mostly I miss being able to eat things (especially healthy things that I should be eating) and not have them get all jammed up into my stupid braces. It really makes going out an even bigger challenge. I'm always tempted to get soft foods so that I don't have to stress about anything getting stuck but it seems like there's nothing on the menu that works for me and my braces at the same time

Trying to make today a good one. After this disappointing weekend I just found out today that I have to have an investigatory surgery (unrelated to rny) and I'm not jumping for joy. I would jump for anything covered in sugar or bread though! Lol... no really, I want them both really bad right now!

Had a very busy weekend!
QOTD: As my menu generally shows I am very much a creature of habit. I will eat the same thing everyday. I try to change it up sometimes so as not to get burned out on certain foods.
This morning I woke up feeling great then shortly after eating breakfast I started felling very blah and had absolutely no energy. Maybe I ate my breakfast to quickly. My stomach bothered me only slightly. I had a few business meetings to attend today but only made it through one then came home to rest for the remainder of the day. So far still feeling very out of it.
B: 2 eggs, turkey sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese
L: Had no appetite
S: 2oz turkey
Rest of the day is up in the air depending on how I feel.
