Good morning everyone! I'm on holiday now, staying at BFs home in PIT and on Wednesday, off to London for a week.

I eat just about the same thing everyday. It's boring, but it works.

B- green tea first and coffee with a drop of creamer and Truvia. Premier protein RTD shake. 1/2 dose of Miralax every other day.

L- TJs low sodium turkey breast and some veggies, maybe a Babybel cheese round

S- if needed a Quest bar

D- Grilled chicken with Mama Boys sauce and veggies

If I was at work, I'd have my famous chili.

i do the vitamin patches at bedtime and I've already taken my thyroid and doxy pill plus B-12. Lactaid with any dairy.

Q: Am I eating enough? I don't want to go below 130#, but maybe just to 135#.

Happy Monday! I had a good weekend! I watched my 9-month old nephew on Saturday night and went to a paint and sip (minus the sip for me) yesterday.

QOTD: Before surgery, I always claimed to like variety. That was why I ordered an appetizer in addition to my meal right? So I could have more "tastes". Really I'm sure it was a quantity thing. Now I eat a lot of the same things, but entering maintenance has made me more adventurous, mostly because I've had to add in some fat.

Nearly 7 months post-op and trying to maintain/140.4lbs this morning

M1: Premier Protein w/ Coffee and Miralax (1 TBSP heavy cream in my first cup)

M2: Dannon L&F w/ sunflower seeds, flaked coconut, and berries

M3: Egg Salad and Avocado

M4: Roltini Roll Up and Olives

M5: Skinless Chicken Thigh and 1oz of veggies

Good Morning! I had a decent weekend, getting Em's last minute things together for school this morning and of course time loving on Sas. It's very traumatizing to us that for now he just has to have this open wound (started out the size of a BB but now it's about the size of a dime) because according to the vet covering it could cause a different kind of infection so before they operate on Friday they want it getting air. He is tough and is still happy and lovey.

Accountability: I have been doing some stress eating, carbs! I will stick to my plan today.

QOTD: I prefer a smaller variety and as you all see I eat the same breakfast/lunch and snack most days. I don't have to think about it when I am packing up my stuff for the day.

Time since surgery: 3 years

B: SF latte, eggbeaters with roasted red pepper, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: SF latte, homemade Greek yogurt with strawberries and ¼ cup bran cereal, 2 Brazil nuts and Buddig corned beef and SF popsicle when I get home

D: Shredded chicken topped with green Chile enchilada sauce and melted Monterey jack cheese (basically an enchilada minus the tortilla), small salad with Skinny girl balsamic dressing and SF chocolate pudding made with Fairlife topped with cool-whip

E: 1 hour stair-climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1150 Protein:123 Carbs:82 Fat:39

Have a great one!

Praying for little SAS for sure. Have you ever watched Dr Pol on TV? They have a cat that had to have its leg amputated at the shoulder due to an injury. Tater (the cats name because he's a couch potato)gets around great and is as loving as could be. I'm sure he'll feel so much better minus that damaged leg that has to be painful. Give the little guy some extra love from me.

I haven'****ched the show but a co-worker has told me about it. We just wish they had removed the entire leg during the first surgery but they said he was so little and still growing. They also had no idea how much he would "use" it. I will give him some extra love for you tonight

QOTD: I tend to food prep for the week. So I definitely eat the same thing over and over again in the same week. The periodically I need to change it up, and find a fresh recipe.

I am back to trying to reinvent the wheel. I tried protein oatmeal yesterday added bran, it was gross. Trying to find a way to get my bathroom habits in order without adding more than just the daily MiraLAX. I already added it tablespoon of oil to my coffee every morning, which helps but it's not enough either

B.: coffee latte with miraLAX/ fair life/ MCT oil plain yogurt with mango/ bran buds

B2: egg beaters with bacon bits and light mozzarella

L: grilled chicken, tomato, sliced avocado

D: zoodles w/ butter/Parmesan flounder

S: mint cookie protein drink, some kind of protein bar, cherrirs

EX: Gym, swim.

How about magnesium? We need it anyway for bone health. I take 800 mg oxide at night. It makes a difference. I take an additional 400-800 my of mag citrate mix during the day.

Mag citrate is more absorbable while oxide is better for BM and gut relaxation.

What my body does not absorb - helps with the BM.
