Good morning. Tomorrow we have a day of errands but my parents are babysitting tomorrow night so we can go out to dinner for a belated anniversary celebration. Sunday and Monday we will be at my in laws on Cape Cod. Monday is a holiday here in RI and I am so looking forward to the long weekend.
Accountability:
Yesterday was our work summer cookout. I did pretty good. Maybe a bit too many carbs, but nothing crazy and I went carb free the remainder of the day to counteract. Same weight today so I'll call it a win!
QOTD: I haven't eaten chocolate since surgery but milk is my favorite. I don't like dark. White is ok in small doses.

Happy Friday!!!!!!! We made it... This weekend is busy. Tonight hubby and I are meeting one of my childhood friends for dinner, drinks and music. Tomorrow I am volunteering at local golf tournament for a family friend who family has a scholarship for a music major and a science major (my daughter was the first recipient of it so it is very near and dear to my heart) then my husband and I are going out for dinner and to BJ's to stock up on paper products. Sunday is the usual chore day... Today at work is another meeting day which I will be heading into as soon as I finish this post. I told them I am in the middle of an important issue that I need to resolve before I can go in.... (I a bad girl today)
QOTD: I love me some white chocolate or milk chocolate w/ nuts.... but who am I kidding I love all chocolate... except for chocolate cake I do not like chocolate cake yuck....

B: bacon and watermelon
L: TJ chicken salad and cucumber
D: at the bar I looked a the menu and they have a yummy looking cheese soup and wings
My pictures: Well so far I have spent a great deal of times with my nieces Jiy-Taylor and Jazzlyn we are going to DC over Labor Day weekend to see Emily so I am posting a few pictures of my little beauties... Jiy-Taylor is the older of the two and Jazzlyn my bald beauty who I can't wait to grow some hair.
