Surgery was August 4.... hanging in there
Walk. Drink water and protein shakes. Walk some more. Then drink more water. Then walk yet again
repeat!
Like Scott the big things are getting in your fluids and walking. I could only walk for 3-5 minutes at a time, but I did it multiple times a day. It really helped. Also make sure that you get in your fluids and protein shakes.
Glad to here that things are good, though.

Like Scott said, walk, drink, repeat. I couldn't walk very far at first, just up and down the hall.
I had a lot of pain so watched a LOT of Netflix in order to distract myself early out.
