Pouch location

I am having sharp pains from under my right breast to my open incision. I have had 3 hernia surgeries, doesn't feel like that. I am seeing a dr tomorrow but I wish I knew the location of my pouch. Good thing no question is too dumb

My doctor told me mine is under my lower ribs smack in the middle of my chest. Bottom of my sternum, basically.

Of course everyone is built slightly differently, so YMMV.

I lost 135 pounds and it was mainly around my waist so I have ALOT of loose skin but the pains that come and go are not in the middle . I ask because I know my pcp doesn't know RNY.

Do you still have your gallbladder? That is where I had pain when my gallbladder started going bad.

Saw someone already mentioned gallbladder. That would be under your right ribs, and the pain radiates from there. My attacks gave me pain all around and into my back.
