Still rocking the cardio. Last night was 7 days in a row for me and I was not feeling it....hip was sore, I think from too much time on the stair climber...

Now you're on a streak.....great job! I did not want to run this morning but didn't regret it once it was done!! I can tell you I sweat buckets on that stair-climber.

I sweat as well....it is crazy, yet feels so good.

Funny story - I have been using the stair climber on a regular basis for a couple of years, while I am no expert, I have really good stamina on it. A young guy ( 22) that I used to coach in youth hockey just started coming to the gym, he is not heavy...he saw me on the stair climber and came over and got on the one next to me...I gave him a thumbs up and then could see him looking at the speed I had the machine set at...he lasted about two minutes....so I took my headphones off and he is shaking his head ...I told him to start slow and that I had been doing this machine for years....not bragging but it certainly made me feel like my hard work pays off.

I only do it at a 7 because I do it the full hour and I am clumsy and afraid if I try to go faster I'll trip.

Howdy!

QOTD Have a motion sensor on the side of my house which sits on an acre in the wood. However, my dogs usually go outside on the other side of my house when we are watching TV in the basement. We have flashlights hanging in every room where there is dog potty access. Since the coyotes have been really aggressive this year and both my dogs are small/medium in nature, I have to do a peripheral check to make sure that there are no critters for them to chase or animals that will eat them for dinner.

Hard to stay motivated but it seems that all I can do is chug along. Haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks. It doesn't really matter what I do so I just keep chugging along. Had a nice high intensity walk on my treadmill last night. It was only 30 minutes but with all the rain, there isnt much else to do.

so:

20 ounces of decaf with protein powder 23 protein

lunch: ? maybe salmon and egg beaters 18 grams protein

snack: turkey breast and one oz of cheese 11 grams protein

dinner: chicken I think from trader joes thigh meat 3 oz 18 grams

snack: yogurt with cinammon and splenda

Less than 600 calories 75 grams protein or better 64 oz of crystal lite or water

Good morning :)

Still on vacation but I'm freaking out this morning because I got an email for another job interview when I get home... And DH is sleeping so I can't jump up and down ;)

My plan is to try and talk DH into going shopping at what appears to be a rather expensive mall here... They apparently have a Tesla dealership, so I'm trying to bribe him with that.

QOTD: our driveway is at the back of our house so we almost never turn the front door lights on. We have a motion sensor light out back but we need to recalibrate the sensitivity because you pretty much have to be beside it before it turns on. My one neighbour has a light they leave on all the time for their dogs and our other neighbour has a super bright motion light -- they said, don't worry, this light covers your whole backyard so we can keep an eye on things... I know they mean well, but I keep all our blinds closed on that side of our house lol.

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - restaurant probably

Snack - protein bar or nuts

Dinner - seafood restaurant but I don't eat seafood lol

Snack - maybe a pudding

All water and vits.
