What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
IF, I'd love to know your recipe for the slow cooker pot roast. I need to make something like that this weekend.

Last time i made it, i went fancy, and made everything from scratch (hybrid of making your own ranch seasoning and the NYT Mississippi Roast recipe. this time i went full convenience and tried this one, with the ranch packet:

I double/triple the peppers both times, and omit the flour. I will let you know how it compares to the other one tomorrow!

Happy Birthday, Stacy!!!
I am back from an amazing 2 day trip away in Maine to celebrate my 43rd birthday. Grim treated me like a princess and I had a wonderful time. Back to a large dose of work reality today
Accountability: It's funny-- I ate fried seafood and candy over the last 2 days (all stuff I try to avoid, normally). But I had recently re-entered my marcros into iifym.com and yesterday was the first day I accidentally hit their recommended numbers almost exactly. Haha, I was skeptical that they seemed high before, but now I am sure I would weigh a million pounds if I ate like that every day. Nope.
QOTD: see above from Grim's answer. No zombies for us.
Vitamins: patches on
Exercise: envisioning a very sedentary desk day :(
Good morning Friends.... The past couple of days at work have been nuts... Our computers have been continuously going down for hours at a time and having 70 people in 7 different locations sitting around doing nothing is not a good thing! Yesterday afternoon we finally think we pinpointed the issue so fingers crossed for a boring day off meetings instead of what I have been dealing with...
QOTD: We have a motion light on our shed which goes off way to much! Every time a deer, fox, ground hog any animal crosses in front of it off it goes. But at least it does not shine into the house just the yard, the cars and front deck so no need for porch light.
Accountability: Has been terrible... I do not feel like I have eaten anything I was planning on and I feel really mad at myself. Feel like I need to do a reboot. Stepped on the scale this morning and was up like three pounds what hell... damn M & M's and stress.
My food plan for today is:
B: Bacon and banana (last one in the house bye bye)
L: TJ Chicken salad and cucumbers
D: cheeseburger no bun
S: Yogurt
Have a great day friends!! YAY for THURSDAY though... I see the weekend on the horizon!!!!!!

Good morning. Yesterday I ate a chicken salad sandwich, which has been no problem before, and my stomach did not agree with it. I was so sick. I tried to eat a little dinner and got sick from that too. So I am taking it easy today but of course we have this big work cookout. I'll probably just nibble a veggie burger if I can. All that to say no real meal plan today.
QOTD: we don't have sensors. The neighbors cat hangs in our yard so they would probably go on all the time if we did.
