Hey protein peeps! How is everyone? I am great! Its almost the weekend! YAY! What's your day look like. Work for me and then a trip to the pet store for food for the dogs and then Costco! Love Costco!
ETA: Happy Birthday to the gorgeous Stacy (Stacyrg), have an amazing day girl!
Accountability: 100% on plan, did not add in anything off plan. Did not eat my lunch or my evening yogurt, was not hungry. Have been having some small pouch days as of late. Oh ya and I fell asleep on the couch at 7pm and woke up at 10pm had two deviled eggs and went to bed, I was exhausted.
QOTD: Do you have your outside lights on a motion sensor? Do you even bother to turn on your porch light? Since we have dogs and they need to have one last pee before we go up to bed we let them out in the backyard. The neighbours directly behind us (who are awesome, we love them) but they have this crazy bright intense motion sensor light over their back sliding glass doors and they are smokers and so pretty much they are out for their last smoke of the night as we are letting our dogs out for their last pee. Their light is so bright its like they are calling 747s down for landing. It cracks me up how over the top it is. We have motion sensor ones on our front porch and a regular light at the back sliding doors.

Happy Birthday Stacey!
Last night we went to a ****tail party held by one of the members of DH's Alzheimer's support group. They have a beautiful home overlooking a pond which ultimately connects with the ocean. It was filled with picturesque sailboats. We had a lovely night on the deck and if you didn't know half of us had dementia, I don't think anyone would have guessed. A really outgoing and friendly group!
QOTD: No motion sensors, but we have timers on the outside lights. Something is wrong with one of them and I need to get an electrician to fix it, but haven't gotten around to calling.
16.5 months post-op, 8.5 months in maintenance (August is flying by).
B: eggbeaters and cottage cheese
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: Shrimp and salad (I think)
S: cheese sticks, protein chips

Morning DD2! I have zero plans today for the first time in what seems like 100 years. What am I going to do with myself?
And now that things are getting back to a routine, it's back to regular, ordered, eating.
QOTD: I love motion sensor lights. I have floodlights over the patio door, and by the back garage door. The lights by my garage are not motion sensors, but on dusk-to-dawn photocells. I can't conceive of people who have no outside lights on at night. When the zombies come, they're screwed.

One of those "terrors" is going to get shipped to Canada if he bites my toes again like he did last night......I'm soooo tired.......
We have one porch light, but only turn it on when it's dark.
Ba dum dum.
Cymbal crash
We had a street light. Had-past tense. Our neighbor had one put in way before I moved out here, and I guess he finally got sick of having to pay for it; now it's pitch black out here at night.
The garage, by comparison, can be lit up like a damn Christmas tree-and he has motion sensors and security cameras. We know where Michael's priorities are, don't we?
I woke up in between a memory and a dream...
