Bacon?

Many mentions are made of bacon on the daily menu thread. Do those of you who include bacon in your diet make traditional pork bacon, or turkey "bacon"? I looked at turkey bacon the other day at the store, but it didn't look terribly appetizing, and I passed on buying it.

Thanks! I'm going slow on what I add to my diet, but sometime this year I too will have bacon!

I eat both types but I prefer pork bacon.... I only eat one or two pieces in a meal.

I have not been able to eat bacon since surgery. Fried/Fatty foods don't sit well with me, bacon falls in both categories technically- so I gave up on it. I can eat turkey bacon, but just don't bother.:
