I posted last week about several emotional issues I was having (i.e., extreme anger for no reason, felt like crying all the time, etc.) Through my post, I learned that what I was going through was called Hormone Dumping. Thanks to Vet - White Dove, she saved my sanity by turning me on to progesterone cream. I ordered some the very day she suggested the cream and got it two days later from Amazon. I have to say that by the second day I was using it I was feeling 110% better. I am shocked that it worked so fast and how great I am feeling. I literally feel even better than I did before the hormone dumping. Go figure. No more wicked witch of the west or Debbie Downer for me. So thanks again White Dove. I truly appreciate you. I wish all women knew about progesterone cream and what a difference it can make in their lives.

It helps with cramps, depression, water weight gain, breast swelling, reduced libido, hot flashes and feelings of general well-being. All caused by too much estrogen in the body and in our food.

Progesterone also aids in weight loss.

Remember to stop the treatment for one week each month if you still have periods. Even if you don't have periods anymore, it is OK to do three weeks of treatment and one week off.

Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.

I am so pro progesterone cream, but -it is a hormonal issue and it NEEDS to be addressed with one doc.

some people may do great - others no so much. even bio-identical hormones can disrupt the internal hormonal balance of an individual. unless a person knows whet they are doing - please seek advice by someone who knows that stuff - naturopath, physician - functional medicine specialist, etc.
