Hi and happy birthday JB!!
QOTD: Not sure what I will do since I am a newbie. NSAIDs have been off limit to me anyway because of sleeve, gerd and polyps.
Kind of depressed that my weight has stalled since two weeks post op. I posted the other day that I lost two pounds finally and now back up nearly two so I have not lost anything since July 23rd. I drink sufficien****er, eat less than 600 calories a day and ingest 75-90 grams of protein a day. I have not exceed 15 carb except the day I had food poisoning of some sort and had to resort to lf soup with protein powder. I dont get how anyone can be that metabolically challenged but OK. I will have to make exercise my priority. Been taking hikes a few times a week but this weekend was challenging because of 3 hours in the bathroom dry heaving and being to sick to go do anything on Sunday.
:( So here is todays menu
20 oz protein shake with decaf coffee 25 grams of protein 130 calories
2 oz of tuna with half tb of lf mayo sprinkle parm and 6 green beans from a can mushed in. 13 grams
125 calories
Babybel lf cheese one ounce 50 calories and 6 grams protein
probably 4 oz of ff greek yogurt with cinammon and splenda 60 calories 12 grams protein
Dinner: Thinking about scallops and a few green beans? 13 grams protein 125 calories
Total less than 550 calories, 64 ounces of water or crystal lite 9 grams of carbs and 70 grams protein

Stalls are real and they suck. I hope you took your measurements when you started the process because you'll see that it actually working, I bet your inches are down.
If you didn't take them do it now. I did mine faithfully on the monthly surgiversary It really helped to see those numbers diminishing.
Hang in there, sounds like you're doing everything right. The scale will move soon enough.
So it sounds like a stall to me as well. I've also seen posts about people on their second surgery not losing as quickly too. But I agree with the measuring, and patience.
A three week stall can start at week two, and last for a long time!
Hang in there and keep doing what you're supposed to be doing, and this too shall pass

welcome back! Happy birthday, JB!
Accountability: I was kinda careless this weekend. I'm back at it though (yet again hah) and have my whole day mapped out.
QOTD: I've been using this muscle rub that DoTerra makes. It's called Deep Blue and it's got all these different essential oils in it to help relieve aches and pains. Usually I'll use the Deep Blue with a heating pad or an ice pack. If that doesn't help then I'll breakdown and take the extra strength tylenol. Lately I've had some real carpel tunnel issues so I'm living in a wrist brace and nothing seems to be helping. Hopefully I can get it to calm down soon! I'm so sick of this pain :(
B: vanilla PP
L: turkey roll up with a pickle
D: leftover bunless turkey burger with a fried egg and cheddar
S: cherry light and fit greek yogurt, maybe moon cheese
V: Patches
Hope everyone is having a good week so far!

Wishing Both JuniperBerry and Writergurl08 a Very, very Happy Birthday! May the year to come be wonderful for you both!
QOTD: I haven't yet had to use painkillers post-op, except for the Tylenol/oxycodone liquid I took immediately after surgery (definitely worked, but also made me nervous a la Hillbilly Elegy). I did have a headache one day but just waited it out and hydrated heavily, which helped. NSAIDs like Advil have never once given me any relief, neither for body aches and pains nor for headaches. I do miss my favorite headache remedy, Excedrin for Migraines, a miracle cure which unfortunately contains aspirin. Oh well!
