All is cloudy here so I'm just enjoying being cozy with my knitting today.

Accountability: doing well on this front. Trying to cut back a bit on gum and sweeteners and that's not exactly going easily but I'll get there.

Good Morning and happy Tuesday! Happy Birthday, JB!!!!! Love my fellow August babies!!! Hope you have an awesome day. Playing catch up at work this week after being out on a business trip last week. It was nice to be out of the office, but I hate coming back and feeling so rushed. So, I'm in a bit of a funk, I've been 100% on plan. I lost 1.5 lbs on my trip (how that happened, I'll never know), but I'm back up 2 lbs as of today. I can't think of a single thing to cut out of my plan (well, I can but I'm not gonna . . . you can pry my coffee from my cold dead hands) and my cals are under 1000. I'm at a loss and very, very unhappy.

Here's my plan:

B: ground turkey with parm. cheese

L: 3.9 oz chicken thigh meat

D: NY strip steak (as close to 4 oz as I can get)

S: Skinny latte, ham and string cheese before the gym, 1 oz almonds after the gym

Exercise: 30 minutes weights, spin class

I'm sooo sorry that your MIL has to put down her dog. Please give her my best.

QOTD: I am big Biofreeze user. I've used it for years and love it! My wife calls Absorbine Jr sausage juice! She thinks it smells like cooked Italian sausage! LOL!

Accountibility: I stayed on track 100% yesterday.

My menu is the same as yesterday,

B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2 oz prosciutto di parma

D: 1 1/2 oz ground sirloin, 2 oz hot italian sausage, 2 forkfuls broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick plus one bite

Cals:675, Carbs:6, Protein:92
