You could actually make your own and save on sugar carbs. Canned pumpkin puree per oz has 2 carb grams and 9 calories. If you were to take one ounce of pumpkin puree and add to 3-4 ounces ff greek yogurt, add pumpkin spice, a splenda or sweet and low, Cinammon teaspoon, it would taste awesome with
12 grams of protein and less than 7 sugar grams coming almost all from the yogurt.
