Thanks for posting, as you know I am in a similar boat so interested in what others have to say. I have been taking the oral supplement for a few weeks and then I think they will send me for more blood work and see if my numbers improve.

I had dextran. only one infusion and didn't have to stay in hospital.

No issue whatsoever but the IV hurt pretty bad. I had mine at an oncology office so most of the patients there in the HUGE open room were cancer patients.

started feeling better about 3 weeks after.
