Hi and LOL on the pain free surgeries!!!! I would say that a tt and thighplasty were by far the worst pain I have ever had.

Pre op: -5 M1-12 lbs M2 11 lb M3-5lb M4 -9lb M5 -2 M6-6 M7-7 M8 -4 M9-5 M10 -2 M11 -2
200 lbs lost and 17 pounds below goal !
The TT was surprisingly easy for me (maybe because I expected it to be more painful). The facelift was much worse, but that was mostly because of a HUGE headache for the first couple of days (and again maybe because I was so worried about pain with the TT that I was taken by surprise by the facelift). But both were quite manageable by the 3rd or 4th day.
However, I wouldn't go out for 2 weeks because of face bruising and had to wear "camouflage" aka dermablend makeup for about a month. I don't go to the office until I was past that part.

Good morning menu friends - I'm off today....yipee. I am planning on cleaning house today and doing laundry, if I can find some motivation.
Scale is once again aggravating me..it has not moved since 8-4. I hate when I eat on plan and lose nothing...but such is life...I will keep plugging away, I know it will eventually move.
QOTD: I am planning on having plastic surgery, at very least a LBL. My stomach is already horrible. I believe that part of the surgery will be covered by my insurance, I will just have to pay the difference.

Never wanted plastic surgery. I look good no matter how much I weigh. I wear sleeveless shirt and swimsuits in public. If I never have to have any kind of surgery again I will be blessed.
I ate one thing most of the day. The Mrs cooked up a big pot of vegetables-collards,cabbage,tomatoes,carrots,onions in the pressure cooker. She adds tons of spices at it turned out so good. She had couscous on the side.
That and some yogurt and coffee. Low protein but delicious day.
