Here is today's project. I used wallpaper on the shelves and back. It's not quite finished.

Good morning all~ I had a very lovely, much needed wonderful weekend! Rob is on the road up north for the week and I am looking forward to a very busy week that will fly by. I'm increasing my workouts at the gym. Instead of just 4 days at the gym for swimming, I am adding 2 days of cardio and weights. When the regular football season starts, I will add a Saturday morning hike w/ my son or sister(not a huge fan of college football but Rob is) and Sunday will be totally devoted to NFL, of course!

QOTD - Oh, hell yes - whatever needs nipping and tucking is getting nipped and tucked, period.

Accountability - Yesterday, I added pork rinds that I had room for, but were not planned. I recovered from my mini salty carb (cheese its, potato chips, pretzels, popcorn, tortilla chips) binge on Saturday, but the scale is still punishing me, boo. CAMAW (C-cream and eggs only) for me.

8 mo post op - 189 ugh

B coffee w/heavy cream and splenda, jalapeno sausage

l- meatballs w/little beef gravy

d- scrambled eggs

v/l - on track

e-60 min lap swim

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning, all! Rainy and not so hot here in DC, which is ok with me. I was dragging this morning but I forced myself on the new elliptical. I have no excuse to not use a machine that is IN my home. It was a good purchase!

QOTD: I did not think I would need PS (delusional, anyone?). However, after losing 190 lbs, my body was not looking so hot. I was single at the time, and dating, and it really made me feel self-conscious so I opted for a tummy tuck and breast lift. At my consult, I realized that I needed a lower body lift (once the front is fixed, the back looks worse) so I got an LBL and BL. Well once THAT looked good, I realized I would just deal with arm scars and had an arm lift, which was super easy. I am obsessed with my doctor, in Rockville, MD - Dr. Joseph Michaels. He is a miracle worker. I just recently posted before and after pics: http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/plasticsurgery/6022374/Pic s-2-years-post-op-lower-body-lift-breast-lift-and-1-5/

Time since surgery: 3 years 8 months

B: Emiepie egg salad - I love it!!!

L: two slices of flat bread pizza with bbq chicken and cheese

D: Ground turkey with taco seasoning, mexican cheese, light sour cream, lots of salsa

E: elliptical

Patch vitamins on!

Have a wonderful day all!

Morning everyone!! Rainy day here too. Weekend was good- I got all the new pots I set out for at very good process. I even made a new recipe yesterday, so I'm starting off my new recipe a week goal a little early. Funny how new cookware motivates you!

QOTD plastics- can't afford it. Even if I could save up the $, it would be better for my family to pay down debt. But I have a wish list. The area I'm most aggravated with is the excess skin that hangs off the side of my bra, under the armpits. My bat wings don't irk me as much as that 'bra skin'. Tucking it in to the bra only works if I don't raise my arms. Then a tummy tuck of course- I've got lots of tummy skin, but its doesn't hang, above my belly button is more pronounced than below it. My main motivation for wanting a tummy tuck is to see what size waist I'd end up being :-) Oh, and while I'm dreaming- I'd like zero pain surgeries too.

197.5 today, 27 months out

M1: 2 boiled eggs, 2 turkey sausage, banana

M2: tuna packet w/ mayo & relish, grapes. (cheese was packed but it molded between home & work...eeww!

M3: protein bar

That bra skin drives me bonkers too!!!!!

I can deal with the arms, and like you, my stomach is deflated, but not hanging... but I love to wear sleeveless a lot, and that bra skin is always staring at me, laughing and sneering... Grrrrrr
